I like Spontaneity, it's so lively, I mean, just doing something spontaneously is wonderful and full of life, being open minded for things that come along, 
someone calls you for a walk and you just go.
 Everything dose't have to be so planed and strict.

Do something spontaneous today, 
dance in the kitchen 
sing in shower
go visit a friend

The sun is shining and life is nice.
I was working in a garden today and I really needed to use my strength
I was cutting down big trees using a little saw:)
Little woman with little saw for big trees=Strength

It's such a blessing to have a job working in gardens, being abel to by outside with nature. 
Sure it's better when the sun is shining, but it is also a special feeling when it is raining. The soil is somehow fresher and the air so clean. 

When I am gardening I think about how I use my body, 
how can I use yoga in my gardening?
If I am picking weeds I try do go down on all four and while picking  I do the cat and the dog stretches 
If picking something up, you can do it in two ways,
bending the knees to a squat and the as rising up straitening the legs completely.
The other way; bend from the hips with your legs straight, and stretch the back off your legs.

It is all about awareness, being aware how you use your body while working

This morning I did a short meditation in the sun,
then I did some yoga and it’s so nice to wake the body up with some slow stretches, deep breath and awareness.
The Sun Salutation two times as a warm up, 
some site ups and cycling with your legs, laying on the back
  the Bridge, the Shoulder stand and the Plough.  

It is nice to start every day with enthusiasm, looking forward for a new day, 
you never know what is going to happen.

Isn't it wonderful to just to be able to trust life, 
trust that life will provide you with what you need or what you want.
But you need to help your self on the way through life. First you need to know what you really want and what you really need and look for it and work for it. Have your mind and eyes open to not miss the clues that life gives you.

Yoga for your back

How are your yoga these days? Are you taking time for your yoga practice?
One day you could work with your back. 
Start with the cat and the dog, 
get down on your four legs in the table position. 
Meditate on your movements when you shift from the cat to the dog, always starting the movement in the tale bone. Let you breath follow your movements.  
Then move into the Cobra and from the Cobra to the Boat. 
Always be aware of your breath, slow deep breaths. 
After the Boat do the Puppy stretch and from the Puppy stretch into the Child pose.

What is the purpose with yoga and meditation? The purpose of yoga is taking care of your self, your body, mind and soul. Yoga means union of mind, soul and body

Meditation helps you keep inner peace for your mind and soul and yoga helps you to take care of your body. Kripalu Yoga is a meditation in motion, you mediated on every movement and you are perfectly aware of what you are doing to your body. There’s a great differens in doing exercise when your mind is not following your movements, there’s no connection between the mind and the body, and you don’t know if what your are doing to your body is good for it or not.  
Always treat your body with respect and awareness.

Books for the inner journey, a blessed bracelet by a Tibetan monk   
and a wonderful little handmade teddy bear made by a friend,
 all gifts from dear friends.

It is wonderful to have real friends, select your friends carefully and surround your self with people that wish you well. And always do your best for your friends. 
Take care of them and help them when they need it. 
A good friend is a good gift.

This morning I did not take time to meditate, sometimes life just steps in with unexpected things and life just happens! My daughter needs help with something, I forgot to do something that I need for the day or the dish machine need to be emptied so I can put in the porcelain from breakfast and before you know it you need to leave for work.

And it is just to accept it, maybe you can take a deep breath and close your eyes for a moment to ground yourself when you are in a hurry, I find it helps a lot
