Today 20 minutes mindful meditation
sitting in stillness inside in the warm house
and outside it is snowing and the wind is bowing,
the snow flakes are are dancing in the air, it seams that they don't hit the ground
just playing with the wind
Understanding said the Angels today
do we understand the meaning of live?
