Relaxing evening

In this dark winter days we need to find something to do that charge our body, soul and mind with energy.
What do you do? I meditate for 15 minuets each day, do yoga two three times a week.

Gather some friends for a relaxing evening. Light many candles and put some relaxing music on. Lie on the floor on your yoga mat and cover your self with a warm blanket and listen to a guided relaxation.  
After the relaxation sit in a ring on your mats and sheer your worries or happy things with your friends.  
Light a wishing candle for your self and make a wish.
