Few stretches this morning

I hade a moment for few stretches this morning
and of course a few minutes meditation
but no relaxation this time
  

remember to take deep breaths 
inhale and relax 
and exhale and deepen your stretches 

For the thighs, hips and the groins 
both sides
 

the sides 


the legs and the back


more for the sides


the cat

and the dog for the back

hara breath exercise 
inhale with the knee to the head


and exhale with a kick to the back
repeat few tims 

the down ward facing dog
press the chest towards the legs

in the middle 

look upp wards 

the mountain 

the half moon


banding backwards

the standing table

a forward stretch
