Few stretches

How is your meditation :)
 Yesterday I took my morning meditation on the back of Leos motorcykel 
it is just wonderful to sit there not able to do nothing but stay put, 
alone with my thoughts
so what a better opportunity to meditated :)

This morning 15 minutes meditation
out for a walkrun 
and then few stretches  

these are good for the back and the legs



and this is good for the muscles of the abdomen  



Surrender said the Angels today
I have learned the if you surrender to your problems 
and accept them the will be easier to handel:)
