Meditation

Will you join me for 3 weeks meditation
I will mediated for 10-15 minutes in the morning and 10-15 minutes in the evening

Sit comfortable with our spine straight and a open chest
on the floor or on a chair 
Move the focus from your thoughts to your breath 
breath in and out through the nose    


Today the card from the Angels where blank
how exiting:) what is waiting for me today?


This morning I went out for my little round of run/walk
and then mediated for 15 minutes  
it gives such energi and joy:)
