Meditation for a Calming Heart

40 days of a common meditation February 9th to February 20th  

Let’s meditate together wherever we are, you at your place and I at my place, but knowing that in another place there is somebody else meditating with you. While meditating think of all the others and connect to them
In Iceland they started last Saturday, I started today. Welcome to join us, it is never to late to start :)

We can all appreciated a calm heart, if your are calm in your heart you meet everybody with love, calmness and respect. What a gift.

 

Sit with a straight spine, put your left hand on the heart and lift your right hand with the palm facing forward, putting the thumb and index finger together, press lightly. Inhale slowly and then hold your breath for awhile, then exhale slowly and hold your breath for awhile. Hold your breath without a strain, feel comfortable. Meditate for 3 to 11 minutes.
