There is only one yoga Monday left before the summer, time really flies, 

wohh, four months just gone by in a moment.

Last Mondays yoga included The warrior, the Hero and The Airplane

Next Saturday is the Mini Yoga retreat, that will be so nice and great to have the hole morning with a long meditation, more then a hour and a half of Asanas and a deep relaxation . And then have a fantastic vegetarian lunch together and talk about the questions of life and yoga.
