This morning I did a short meditation in the sun,
then I did some yoga and it’s so nice to wake the body up with some slow stretches, deep breath and awareness.
The Sun Salutation two times as a warm up,
some site ups and cycling with your legs, laying on the back
the Bridge, the Shoulder stand and the Plough.
It is nice to start every day with enthusiasm, looking forward for a new day,
you never know what is going to happen.
