Yoga for your back

How are your yoga these days? Are you taking time for your yoga practice?
One day you could work with your back. 
Start with the cat and the dog, 
get down on your four legs in the table position. 
Meditate on your movements when you shift from the cat to the dog, always starting the movement in the tale bone. Let you breath follow your movements.  
Then move into the Cobra and from the Cobra to the Boat. 
Always be aware of your breath, slow deep breaths. 
After the Boat do the Puppy stretch and from the Puppy stretch into the Child pose.
