Yoga with the cat

Frostig morgon, alla träd vita av frost. Men katten och jag vi gör yoga där solen når in på golvet. Solhälsningar som uppvärmning följt av Månhälsningen, Axelställning, Bron,

med olika stäckningar.

Och nu ut på kraftpromenad i den friska dagen

Frosty morning, all the trees outside where white this morning. But the cat and I did some yoga where the sun touched the floor. Sun Salutation for warm-ups followed by the Moon Salutation, Shoulder Stand, Bridged with different stretchers.

And now off for a power walk in the fresh air.
