Meditating on wheels

This summer has been fantastic, the weather is so nice.

We have been for many trips on the motorbike, long or short rids 

I love just sitting there without a care in the world, just sitting there doing nothing,

in silence with my thoughts, nothing to disturb.

Enjoying the wind and the view

Sweden is beautiful

On tonights ride we say people 

taking a bath in a lake, 

walking in the forest, 

sitting by the water holding hands

children playing in a park

people enjoying a coffee at a café

a couple walking the dog

people just enjoying the wonderful summer evenings

And I am enjoying the stillness on the the back of the motorcycle

mediating on life
