Now both groups have started, was so nice to meet everybody again, all off them smiling and so fresh and brown after this sunny summer we have had, ready for autumn and everything that that brings with it.
We did mostly the same program as we did on saturday.
We had some new women in the group, welcome all off you:)
Now it is time for yoga and meditation before going to work
