Today it was only a short meditation and yoga because I decided to use my morning for other things 

But I always try to do a littel bit, because I feel so much better in my body when I start the day with some stretches and when I don't have much time the Sun Salutation is just perfect, 
it covers the hole body

Power said the Angels today

         

I think that we have all the power we need inside,

the power to control our life's,

to do what ever we want

to accomplice  what we want

we just need to find it and then find the way how to use it.

We are all different, 

 for some it is just easy but for others it is a bit more complicated 

but I am sure that it's there for us all 

Find yours and just go for it
