The Headstand

The Head Stand is often called the King of yoga postures 
a great posture that;
stimulates the whole body
improves the sight and the hearing 
helps female disorders and poor circulation 
relieves colds and constipation 
reliving headaches and migraines 
improves the memory, the concentration and intellectual capacity
strengthen self confidence  

Be careful if you have an extremely low or high blood pressure
problems with the retina or other eye deceases or infected ears

Here is a easy way to do it. 
If you are not sure about your balance
be careful and ask somebody to help you by grabbing your feet 
or stand against a wall to support your legs or back
Stand on a thick and firm mat or a carpet
don´t use a pillow or a cushion, it will make the balance difficult
Be careful and do the headstand on your one risk

Put the top off the head on the mat with the cup of your hands around the back off the head
place the elbows firmly on the floor
and work your way up as the pictures shows 







My foot is getting better and better:)
